Our Champagne & Tarragon Mustard came out as a winner in a recent Taste Test seen on Market Kitchen TV.

We are thrilled and proud to announce we were voted 'Best Sussex Food Producer' last night at the Sussex Food and Drink Awards 2008/09. What a great way to start the year with. We have added a new product to our condiment range, our Sussex Ploughman's Pickle. Made with locally sourced ingredients from Sussex. Enjoy with some cheese, coldmeats, salads, or on a sandwich!

We have re-launched our condiment range with new, larger jars (more value for money) and finished it with new attractive & modern packaging to give it a fresh look! Also, we have added a new relish to our range of products: Extra Hot Onion Relish.

*April 2008: Launch of New Product Range: Ketchups

    

Having spent a lot of time last year to develop our latest range of Ketchups, our new range of 5 exciting flavours are now available: Tomato, Smokey BBQ, Fruity Brown, Piri-Piri, and Mango & Ginger Ketchup. Look out for those new flavours and BBQ-Marinades coming out this coming spring/summer!

We were delighted to be Runner-Up for 'Best Sussex Food Producer' 2007/08. Thank you for all your votes and we would love to be nominated again this year, so look out for those forms sometime this spring/summer. * October 2007: Move to a new unit

We have moved to new premises on a local farm in Ford, which was formerly a chicken shed, and now transformed into a state of the art kitchen.

We are delighted to have won 2 Gold Awards at the British Great Taste Awards 2007. Regarded as the industry "Oscars", The Guild of Fine Food's annual awards are the UK's largest independent evaluation of fine food and drink.

*February 2007: The Relish In Spice Company was set up

With a passion for food and a solid culinary background of 26 years, Michelin Star Trained Chef Mark Strachan decided to produce a range of very high standard products known for its quality rather than quantity and made with the best and as many local ingredients possible.
